Financial services GCCFounded in 2019 as a joint venture with Voya Financial, the NYSE-listed retirement and investment group. Voya Financial later bought full ownership, and the business operates today as Voya India.
SLK Software
AI automation & IT servicesFounded in 2000, SLK Software grew into a global technology services business spanning over ten countries. In 2025, TPG-backed Altimetrik bought a large majority of the company in a reported $600 million+ transaction, marking a global exit after a 25 year journey.
